When I think back to the ITT conference, what rises to the top isn't just the number of people we reached—it’s the spark I saw in their eyes.

Over 300 teachers from Brazil and Paraguay gathered with us to dive into something bold, something different: Profound Learning. I had the opportunity to share some of the 9 Elements that shape our learning model at Master’s, walk through our digital platform Geenius, and guide teachers in creating their own Learning Adventures using our AI-powered design tool, Geeni.

And the response? It blew me away.

Faith and Innovation Travel Together

One of the most powerful moments for me was realizing just how far Profound Learning has already traveled. These weren’t just curious educators—they were partners. They came ready to explore, to apply, and to integrate the vision into their own contexts. Some schools had already begun reshaping their learning environments using our model, and they were hungry for more.

What stood out even more was how naturally these educators brought their Christian faith into the process. There was no divide between spiritual formation and learning design. It was beautifully unified—teachers designing lessons where students not only encounter truth, but are invited to experience God's presence through wonder, curiosity, and purpose. It encouraged my spirit deeply. Sometimes, in the day-to-day grind, we forget the scale of what we’re part of. At ITT, I saw it clearly: we’re building something that’s bearing fruit far beyond our own walls.

From the World Back to Master’s

I came home with pages of feedback, new questions, and powerful stories. Those conversations are already shaping how we refine and grow our tools—especially Geeni and Geenius. We're developing new features, new supports, and fresh ways to empower teachers to become designers of learning with clarity and confidence.

Even more importantly, I came home reminded: our R&D work at Master’s is not a side project. It’s a calling. We are building up other teachers and students—not just here in Calgary, but across continents. We’re exporting hope, innovation, and the courage to imagine something better. And God is right there in the middle of it all.

An Invitation to Walk With Us

To the parents and community members reading this: we want you to know that our work doesn’t end at the classroom door. We’re designing education that reaches hearts and minds, not just locally, but globally. We want you to see the faces behind this vision—and to know that you’re part of it, too.

Thank you for trusting us with your children. The work we do every day is shaped by love, faith, and a vision of what’s possible when we, with God, co-create a better way forward.
